A self-guided interlude through classic Cotswolds.
This is a self-guided short break linking Moreton-in-Marsh, with its direct rail link to Oxford and London, with Broadway, passing through a fascinating variety of landscapes and villages, including Snowshill and Chipping Campden. It is a delightful two-day walk, with three nights accommodation, in one of the loveliest parts of the Cotswolds. Leave any day you like.
From Moreton, pass through pretty Longborough, with its pub, community store and cafe, and strong connections with the Opera at Banks Fee and so to the villages of the high wolds, including Snowshill, home to the eccentric collection at Snowshill Manor, before descending to Broadway. On day two go up to Broadway Tower, and walk down to Chipping Campden, perhaps the loveliest of Cotswold small towns, before going on to Blockley, Batsford with its arboretum and falconry centre and so to Moreton.
This classic walk can include extra nights and extra walks if required. Walks can also be shortened with transfers - please ask.
